GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/h3>\r\nGeneral terms and conditions of the online business of the company Japelj tehnologije d.o.o. represent an agreement between the final consumer (legal entity) and the company Japelj tehnologije d.o.o., Studeno 43, 6230 Postojna, Slovenia, for the purpose of online commissioning at www.japeljtehnologije.si. Where the end user accesses or otherwise uses online commissioning, he is bound by the provisions of these general terms and conditions. An end user who does not agree with these terms of use may not use online commissioning.\r\n\r\nOnline commissioning is managed by the company Japelj tehnologije d.o.o. AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION<\/h3>\r\nJapelj tehnologije d.o.o. undertakes always to provide the buyer with the following information:\r\n\r\na) the identity of the company (name and registered office, registration and tax number),\r\nb) contact details that enable the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone),\r\nc) the essential characteristics of the goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees),\r\nd) product availability (any product offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),\r\ne) conditions of delivery of the product (method, place and time of delivery),\r\nf) all prices must be clearly and unambiguously set and it must be clearly shown whether they already include taxes and transport costs,\r\ng) method of payment and delivery,\r\nh) period\u00a0 of validity of the offer,\r\ni) the period during which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, if and how much it costs the customer to return the product,\r\nj) an explanation of the complaint procedure, including full details of the contact person or customer service.\r\n

OFFER OF PRODUCTS AND PRICES<\/h3>\r\nDue to the nature of online business, the offer and prices in the online store Japelj tehnologije d.o.o.\u00a0 are updated and changed frequently. The price in the online store Japelj tehnologije d.o.o. is the same for both registered members and online store guests. All prices are without VAT. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a fixed period of validity.\r\n

DELIVERY TIME<\/h3>\r\nAll orders placed during the working day before 2 p.m. will be shipped the next working day in case of payment on delivery. Orders with marked payment according to the proforma invoice will be sent as soon as we receive the transfer to our bank account. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be shipped immediately the next business day. In the case of products where a longer delivery time is specially marked, this is taken into account.\r\n

PAYMENT METHODS<\/h3>\r\nThr online store Japelj tehnologije d.o.o. accepts the following payment methods:\r\n1. by debit\/credit card,\r\n2. according to the proforma invoice (UPN order) directly to the account of the company Japelj tehnologije d.o.o.,\r\n

INVOICES<\/h3>\r\nJapelj tehnologije d.o.o. after delivery and payment of the ordered items, will also send the invoice to the customer in .pdf format to the customer’s e-mail address. Japelj tehnologije d.o.o. may call the customer on his contact telephone number to verify the information or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery. At the end of the purchase, enter the name of the company and the tax number of the company.\r\n

    RIGHT OF CONSUMER WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT<\/h3>\r\nIn the case of distance contracts, the consumer has the right to unambiguously inform the company within 14 days to the e-mail address (info@japeljtehnologije.si) or through some other communication channel that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision.\r\n\r\nThe consumer must return the goods to the company no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal from the order. The consumer must return the goods to the address: Japelj tehnologije d.o.o., Studeno 43, 6230 Postojna, Slovenia. The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods.\r\n\r\nThe consumer must return the item to the seller undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased without the consumer’s fault.\r\n\r\nWhen returning the goods, the consumer also sends the invoice for the goods and personal data and the transaction account to which he wishes to receive the returned payment.     RESPONSIBILITY FOR REAL ERRORS<\/h3>\r\nThe seller is liable for material defects that the product had at the time the risk passed to the buyer, regardless of whether he was aware of it or not. The seller is also liable for those material defects that appear after the risk has passed to the buyer, if they are due to a cause that already existed before. A minor factual error is disregarded.\r\n\r\nThe consumer may exercise his rights arising from a material defect if he informs the seller of the defect within two months from the day on which the defect was discovered. The consumer must describe the defect in more detail in the defect notification and allow the seller to inspect the item. The consumer can notify the seller of the defect in person, with the seller having to issue a certificate, either by sending it to the store where the item was purchased, or to the representative of the seller with whom he concluded the contract. The seller is not liable for material defects in goods that appear after two years have passed since the product was delivered. A defect in property shall be deemed to have existed at the time of despatch if it occurs within six months of despatch. The consumer’s rights referred to in the first paragraph shall expire two years after the day on which he informed the seller of the material defect.\r\n

    SECURITY<\/h3>\r\nJapelj tehnologije d.o.o. uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments.\r\n

    LEGAL NOTICE<\/h3>\r\nThe online store Japelj tehnologije d.o.o. and all data on it, images of articles, graphic and video elements on the website are protected and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.\r\n

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/h3>\r\nJapelj tehnologije d.o.o. strives to the best of its ability to ensure that the information published on its website is up-to-date and correct.\r\n

Japelj tehnologije d.o.o. makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom, in the event of problems, the customer can contact by telephone or e-mail.\r\n\r\nThe complaint is submitted via the e-mail address info@japeljtehnologije.si. The appeal procedure is confidential. Japelj tehnologije d.o.o. will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the customer how long it will take to deal with it and keep him informed of the progress of the procedure.\r\n\r\nJapelj tehnologije d.o.o. is aware that an essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating litigation. That is why Japelj tehnologije d.o.o. strives to the best of its ability to resolve any disputes amicably.\r\n
