General terms and conditions of the online business of the company Japelj tehnologije d.o.o. represent an agreement between the final consumer (legal entity) and the company Japelj tehnologije d.o.o., Studeno 43, 6230 Postojna, Slovenia, for the purpose of online commissioning at Where the end user accesses or otherwise uses online commissioning, he is bound by the provisions of these general terms and conditions. Due to the nature of online business, the offer and prices in the online store Japelj tehnologije d.o.o.  are updated and changed frequently. The price in the online store Japelj tehnologije d.o.o. is the same for both registered members and online store guests. All prices are without VAT. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a fixed period of validity.


Purchase agreements between Japelj tehnologije d.o.o. and customers in the online store Japelj tehnologije d.o.o. are concluded  when Japelj tehnologije d.o.o. sends a pro-forma invoice to the customer and confirms his order. From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply both  to Japelj tehnologije d.o.o. and the customer. The sales contract (i.e. the electronic message on the status of the order) is stored in electronic form on the server of Japelj tehnologije d.o.o. and is available to consumers upon their written request.


All orders placed during the working day before 2 p.m. will be shipped the next working day in case of payment on delivery. Orders with marked payment according to the proforma invoice will be sent as soon as we receive the transfer to our bank account. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be shipped immediately the next business day. In the case of products where a longer delivery time is specially marked, this is taken into account.

After placing the order, the customer receives an e-mail notification that the order has been accepted. Japelj tehnologije d.o.o. may call the customer on his contact telephone number to verify the information or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery. At the end of the purchase, enter the name of the company and the tax number of the company.


In the case of distance contracts, the consumer has the right to unambiguously inform the company within 14 days to the e-mail address ( or through some other communication channel that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. The consumer must return the goods to the company no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal from the order. The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods. The consumer must return the item to the seller undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased without the consumer’s fault. When returning the goods, the consumer also sends the invoice for the goods and personal data and the transaction account to which he wishes to receive the returned payment. The seller is liable for material defects that the product had at the time the risk passed to the buyer, regardless of whether he was aware of it or not. The seller is also liable for those material defects that appear after the risk has passed to the buyer, if they are due to a cause that already existed before. A minor factual error is disregarded. The consumer may exercise his rights arising from a material defect if he informs the seller of the defect within two months from the day on which the defect was discovered. The consumer must describe the defect in more detail in the defect notification and allow the seller to inspect the item. The consumer can notify the seller of the defect in person, with the seller having to issue a certificate, either by sending it to the store where the item was purchased, or to the representative of the seller with whom he concluded the contract. The seller is not liable for material defects in goods that appear after two years have passed since the product was delivered. A defect in property shall be deemed to have existed at the time of despatch if it occurs within six months of despatch. The consumer’s rights referred to in the first paragraph shall expire two years after the day on which he informed the seller of the material defect.

Japelj tehnologije d.o.o. makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom, in the event of problems, the customer can contact by telephone or e-mail. The complaint is submitted via the e-mail address The appeal procedure is confidential. Japelj tehnologije d.o.o. will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the customer how long it will take to deal with it and keep him informed of the progress of the procedure. Japelj tehnologije d.o.o. is aware that an essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating litigation. That is why Japelj tehnologije d.o.o. strives to the best of its ability to resolve any disputes amicably.
